Kate Pecora BSc., B.Ed., AHT, joined PDA in 2010 as Operations Coordinator. Before this, she was working full time as the Events Manager for BioEnterprise (2007) and Project Coordinator for MaRS Landing and Guelph Partnership for Innovation (2005). Kate plays a key role in facilitating daily operations to ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and team members are well supported as well as collaborating with team members to track progress and coordinate key project components. She also is key in organizing and managing travel arrangements for the team attending conferences, site visits, and meetings.
Kate has a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Prince Edward Island as well as a diploma in Animal Health Technology from Nova Scotia Agricultural College.
