Robert Fera is a dedicated animal health and management consultant. He is a recognized speaker on animal health topics with a focus on nutraceuticals, equine reproduction, and physiology, as well as innovation in the animal health industry.
Robert's career is characterized by a strategic and results-driven approach, with expertise in evaluating situations, assembling market research, and crafting effective action plans, qualities honed through various roles in entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial settings. He has a deep understanding of CFIA and Health Canada regulations.
Robert's leadership in animal health innovation, combined with his ability to bridge the gap between science and business, enables him to assist start-ups and established brands in understanding scientific knowledge to drive innovation and make informed decisions that lead to success.
He has shared his knowledge through teaching roles at the University of Guelph. He holds an MSc in Animal Bioscience from the same institution, as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton's Sandermoen School of Business. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Animal Bioscience at the University of Guelph.
