Chloe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental sciences majoring in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of Guelph. During her fourth year of studies, Chloe was a research assistant for the Food Agricultural Resource Economics Lab at the University of Guelph. Her international upbringing motivated her interest in sustainable food production and research. Following Chloe’s undergrad she spent just under 3 years at the Livestock Research Innovation Corporation as a Research Assistant, producing a series of white papers and webinars focusing on emerging issues affecting Ontario’s Livestock Industry. Chloe gained experience with event production and facilitation, social media, and communications. She has then gone on to pursue a Masters of Science in Food Sustainability and Natural Resources from Liverpool John Moores University. She’s excited to continue work and research in the Agricultural Sector following her degree.
