Karen Dolinar, Hon.BSc is completing the final year of her MSc degree at the University of Guelph in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences. Her thesis involves coordinating a clinical trial to determine the effect of pulse consumption on glycemic indices in healthy adults. Karen has an abundance of research experience in topics including agriculture, biotechnology, human and animal health. She has also conducted research projects in food sciences at Jiangnan University in China. Karen is using her extensive knowledge in regulatory affairs, product development and clinical research to fulfill her role as a Scientific and Business Affairs coordinator at PDA.
